RETURN POLICIES ON USED INVENTORY

All eligible used item returns require a return authorization number. Once we have issued a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and the item is returned to us, we will gladly refund your money. Items without a prior RMA number will not be accepted for return.

Used items must be returned in their original condition, postage paid, and will be subject to a 5% restocking charge. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. Please insure your return package for the full purchase value, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

MANUFACTURERS’ POLICIES ON NEW EQUIPMENT

Please call us for a return authorization prior to returning any new merchadise. Items without a return authorization will not be accepted for returns.

Our new equipment manufacturers both offer a full manufacturer’s warranty. Both manufacturers require items to be returned in the original packaging , with all accessories, and in new and unused condition to ensure a credit. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. Please be sure to insure your return package for the full purchase value, as we cannot issue a credit for items lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking charges on new equipment are as follows:

Adam Equipment instruments returns will incur a 20% restocking charge on all returns. All items must be returned within 6 days.

LW Scientific instruments will incur a 15% restocking charge on all returns. All items must be returned within 30 days.
