PRO200 Homogenizer Hand-Held or Post-Mounted Laboratory Homogenizer

Offering plenty of power and useful features, the PRO 200 homogenizer has a  125 watt, high-torque motor with a variable speed adjustment, allowing for homogenization in mere seconds and a maximum noise level of only 72 dB.

With PRO QUICK CONNECTrotor stator generators, ranging in size from 5mm to 20mm in diameter, or with PRO's SAFETY SEAL and Sealed Tube (ST) Series homogenizer Chamber Assemblies, the PRO 200 homogenizer is able  to homogenize samples with volumes as small as 0.03 ml or as large as 2 L.

The PRO 200 homogenizer is ideal for using our Multi-Gen 7 stainless steel generators for  low-cost repeat homogenization without the risk of cross contamination.

PRO 250 Handheld or Post-Mounted Laboratory Homogenizer. 

The PRO 250 homogenizer is a perfect fit between the PRO 200 homogenizer and the benchtop PRO homogenizer. It's lightweight enough to be handheld for convenience, yet has extra torque for processing difficult samples.

Combining the power of a 3/4 hp, 576 watt motor with a smooth variable speed control, the PRO 250 homogenizer handles a wide range of sample sizes. With PRO QUICK CONNECT rotor stator generators ranging in diameter from 5 mm to 30 mm, it can process samples from 0.03 ml to 20 L. The PRO 250 homogenizer also accommodates our SAFETY SEAL and Sealed Tube (ST) Series Chamber Assemblies with either a rotor stator generator or a blade.

PRO D-Series Digital Benchtop Homogenizer

The D-Series Homogenizer is a perfect balance of power and superior performance. Combing a high watt motor and advanced technology in digital speed controls has resulted in the most reliable and durable laboratory benchtop homogenizer. Between its 3 Turn Speed Knob ability to adjust RPM in the hundreds opposed too thousands and brighter LED display provides a more user-friendly control. Additional features such as the Dual-Power Light Indicator for simpler error/problem identification and the PRO TRAC stand, which is a motorized stand developed by PRO Scientific for effortless, accurate, and smooth motor position, forms the most advanced digital benchtop homogenizer on the market.

The D-Series Homogenizer has three different models determined by the power (watt) option of 576W, 754W, and 1305W. With a sample volume range capability from microliters to liters, it demonstrates enormous processing versatility, which is designed to homogenize, emulsify, blend, and/or mix organic and inorganic materials.

The entire line of PRO QUICK CONNECT Generators can be mounted to the D-Series Homogenizer as well as accept every PRO SAFETY SEAL Chamber Assembly for safely containing generated aerosols and preventing sample and workspace contamination. PRO PC Series Programmable Laboratory Homogenizers

Responding to a need for homogenizers that can run repetitive batch processing with a minimum of operator attention, PRO developed the computer-interfaced PRO 'PC' Series.

The PRO 300PC, PRO 350PC, and PRO 400PC homogenizers, are programmed either from the unit's touchpad, or from your own laptop or desktop computer (serial communication mode RS232). An infinite number of programs can be created and stored, each consisting of up to 23 unique cycles defining speed, run time and pause between each cycle. At any point the PC Series homogenizer can be overridden and manual control resumed.

PRO 'PC' homogenizers meet industry requirements for verification of processing and documentation maintenance. As homogenization proceeds, data can be graphed on the computer screen. Both the programs and the data collected (set time and set speed versus actual time and actual speed) can be stored and recalled for screen display or printout.

PRO 'S' Series® 316 Stainless Steel Benchtop Homogenizers

The PRO 400 Stainless Steel benchtop industrial homogenizers have been redesigned to meet the requirement and demands of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. These new models are the industry’s newest benchtop homogenizers constructed entirely of 316 stainless steel. PRO 400 Stainless Steel homogenizers feature a variety of accessories to custom fit your lab. All models are available with the standard height stand of 24” or an extra long stand of 38”.

The PRO "P" Series homogenizers are capable of both manual and programmable operation. The Stainless Steel PRO 350P, and PRO 400P homogenizers work just like their manual counterparts but add the ability to setup and store four different programs for different homogenizing tasks. Each program created can have as many as 23 different cycles, with each cycle defining the speed, run time and pause before the next cycle. Control and programming is done right on the homogenizer's front-mounted touch pad; data and prompts appear on a fronted-mounted LCD.

A closed-loop speed control with digital LED display allows for accurately setting the blade or generator speed from 0 to 23,000 rpm. While the homogenizers can handle samples as small as 0.03 ml, they are engineered to efficiently process tough samples in volumes as large as 40 L.

The entire line of PRO QUICK CONNECT rotor stator generators can be mounted on the Stainless Steel PRO 350 or 400 Stainless Steel Homogenizers, including the rugged CRYO1200 cryogenic homogenizing assembly. It also accepts all SAFETY SEAL and Sealed Tube (ST) Chamber Assemblies for safely containing generated aerosols and preventing sample and workspace contamination.
